• 1 Dozen Local ETC Eggs

• 3 lbs Potatoes ORGANIC

• 2 Bell Peppers LOCAL

• Onion ORGANIC

• Local Garlic Goodness Spice

Recipe:

- Make Drop Biscuits according to back of package
- Chop Potatoes in small cubes & julienned bell peppers and onions
- Toss Potatoes, Peppers & Onions in Local Herb Mix & Oil

- Pour on sheet pan and place in oven or pan fry until crispy

-Cook Sausage Patties

-Let Sausage Patties rest on paper towel while cooling

-Make Eggs, maybe scrambled or fry an egg for the top of the sausage biscuit
