Each noodle is hand mixed , hand sheeted and hand cut by Patrizia and her Husband Joseph Casagrande. They emphasized the quality of local ingredients tied with old world techniques from Italy, that makes their pasta, a hand above the rest. Ever year they visit Italy to purchase new pasta forms and bring them back for us to try!
