How do we make our veggie wontons taste so good? We’ll tell you the secret–contrasting texture and umami rich seasonings. We use crunchy cabbage, meaty shiitakes, and smooth fensi (glass noodles) to create a delicate balance of texture. We get that umami-rich flavor from those shiitake mushrooms and our secret ingredient, mushroom powder!
