16oz Local Pasture Raised Black Angus Ground Beef

• Local Corn Chips

• Local Crazy Charlies Salsa Con Queso

• 1 Red Onions ORGANIC

• 2 Bell Peppers ORGANIC

• Cilantro ORGANIC

• 2 Limes ORGANIC

• Local Roothouse Romaine

• Black Beans ORGANIC

• 2 Jalapeños ORGANIC

• Local Colonel De Taco Seasoning

• Local Garlic

Serves 4

Preheat oven 350

-Lay out Tortilla chips 2 layers deep on a sheet pan pop chips in oven to warm 5 min or so

-Brown Beef + 1/2 Red Onion + Garlic + Dice Peppers and pop in a skillet with Taco Seasoning

- Add Drained black beans to skillet as peppers get soft and delicious

-Warm up Queso on stove or in microwave

-Top warmed chips with drizzled Queso and Beef Bell Pepper Goodness

-Garnish with Romaine Lettuce, diced 1/2 red onion, sliced jalapeño, Cilantro, Lime and Lime Crema.
