Take & Bake Holiday Roasted Garlic & Shallot Root Veggie Side Dish

Make you Holiday Sides Super easy with ETC Produce Take and Bake side Options. Each Dish come in an oven safe pan you can bake right in, but if you want crispier veggies pop them on a sheet pan for caramelized bits & pieces.

Everything comes prepped and ready to go in the oven when you order at etcproduce.com. Serves 4.

 

Set oven for 400 degrees

10 oz Cut & Halved Brussels Sprouts

8oz Cubed Butternut Squash

Handful Cranberries

1 Julianne Red Onion

1 table Spoon Local Colonel De Seasoning packet

Local ETC Garlic Shallot Butter

3 Tablespoons Organic Olive Oil

 

Toss all veggies in a bowl with 3 Tablespoon Olive oil+ ½ the Colonel De seasoning packet

Place on lined sheet tray and Bake for 30-45 mins @ 400 until Brussels are Crispy

Last Step but the best!! Melt Garlic Shallot Butter and drizzle on top right before you serve.
