• Local Pastured Ground Chicken

• 1 lb. Local Carrots

• Local Mushroom Pint

• 2 Yellow Onions ORGANIC

• 2 Bell Peppers ORGANIC

• Local Chive

• Garlic

• Local Spinach

Serves 4

Recipe:

- Saute Onions + Veggies + Salt + Pepper + ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flake + Garlic + High Temp Oil
- Cook Sausage Links in cast iron pan + Saute Greens
- Mix 2oz of soy sauce + 4oz rice wine vinegar and a few drops of sesame oil + Garlic + Sriracha (if you want a little spice!).

-Pour over mixture and cook just for a minute more to get it caramelized
-Garnish With Chives
